Truth or Lies

The maddening rush of thoughts
And the lies tickling the brains
Nerveless tongue deceives the reality
Within seconds trust was broken to drain
With your lips enjoying all taste of lies
The realm of love built over years collapsed
The letdown soul retreats with roaring heart

The hard stab of lies induced stinging pain
Pulled me down to graves
Truth was crucified in the cross of lies
Nothing can behold the reality
The sharpness of truth cuts you deep down
But never hurts
Awakened from the doom of death
Truth manifested its shade

The past has teared me all apart
Leaving behind all the scars
I have moved ahead with strong will power
Choosing to be in the custody of lies
You have lost everything with all esteem
Embracing the world of truth
I continued with the same flow
I had nothing to lose
It’s no more hurting and
It’s never discomforting

It is not about the choice given,
It is about the way you are
