A Year to Remember

As I get closer
To the end of this year
All I have is only the memories
That had held me close & tight
To all the known & unknown

I lived each & every moment
And as every bit binds together
I still see some broken pieces
Which doesn’t fit in
The well perfected collage

With all virtues & flaws
I discover more of myself
As I continue my journey
The New Year fades in

It has been a year of learning. Getting to know more about myself and people around me. Learnt to accept imperfections & see the magnificence in broken pieces.

All that

I wanted

I needed

I had asked for

Is somewhere in the far unknown land

And it is still in the imminent form

As I cruise through this journey

I believe I will have my moment

And all that I could do for now is

Just wish for it

My birthday wishes :) A day to remember forever

Fear

 I could never hide

I was overwhelmed

Anxiety took over me

When I saw them again

I could feel them

Taking over me slowly

The little venom vines

Held me for a lifetime

Bounded by my thoughts

I tumble around the edges &

I am holding here all by myself – My Fears
