By My Own Self

I spend every day wondering
What is my need?
What should be my deed??
Where do I come from?
Where do I belong to??
And it seems to be a never ending search

I had taken my time to get this puzzle off
But people say I have taken enough of it and
It is high time that I see the reality
Am I blinded? Am I in trance?
Something has stopped me
From being the one I wanted to be

With so much of thoughts on head
And so much to handle
I still get chased every second
By people, thoughts, dreams, responsibilities
Until I figure out myself where I am & what I am for
  I know this is a mad run with no destination
 

When I ponder deep in,
I find it is me
Yes it is me
I have stopped myself from exploring
And limited my wings from stretching
To fly high

Time is eternal but I am not
I have to get strong
To get to that place
Where I belong to
I see the rays of hope shining on me
And it is a clear blue sky

Let me get my buckles on
And finish this race
I am sure I know my identity now
And soon others will know of it
I am just out there
By my own self..
